We never ask for much prep from you as our team can take care of it all . If you want to help us out you can start by removing drapes, curtains and pictures from walls. Once we arrive we’ll make sure to move all your furniture to the middle of the rooms to then protect them.
It is recommended that you wait two to four weeks for a proper amount of cure time.
We normally work 8:30am - 5pm but that can vary depending on preferred arrival times. As for end times, projects may run over the time budget depending on project completion. This will be determined on-site and discussed with client throughout the project.
At our first initial estimate we evaluate the scope of the job by estimating the materials and hours required to complete your project. We will then send you our quote and hours required to complete the job.
We incorporate paint pickup for you within our preparation process prior to starting your project. Give us a heads-up if your colour choice changes before our start date. We are pretty flexible when it comes to confirming paint colours.
It can, depending on what colour we are trying to cover. We work alongside paint colour experts that give us insight as to what tints we can work within priming your walls for better coverage and minimising paint quantity.
Generally, we are able to book within a week or two. Give us your timeline, and we'll try our best to accommodate our schedule with yours. If a time becomes available sooner we can discuss rearranging your project start date as well.
It all depends on what you’re looking to get done. Each project offers different details that we will take note of during our estimation process. Once a quote is completed, the email will include the estimated project completion time.
Yes, we do! We work alongside Kaitlyn. Colour consultations are free once we have been retained to paint your home. The only related cost may be the small cans of paint samples we apply to your walls.

On interiors, after you have removed your delicate items, all areas or remaining items, will be covered with clean drop cloths or plastic sheeting. On exteriors, shrubs and surrounding areas will be protected so that no evidence of paint splatter or paint peelings remains.
It’s not a requirement for you to remain in the home while the team is painting. While we enjoy working with you and having you be a part of the experience. If you need to leave at any point let one of our crew members know and we'll make sure to discuss the protection procedures of your home.
